Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions will govern the relationship between internet profile subscribers and Sealink Technology ApS for use of the “freelink” service .

These terms and conditions are to be read before the customer enters a profile subscribtion
This network site is submitted to the danish law regulation no. 988 of 28th september 2006

1. The parties
By establishing a subscription the agreement is valid between the customer and Sealink Technology. Users of Sealink Technology services must be at least eighteen years old or have the consent of their parents or legal guardians.

2. Privacy
What information do we collect?
We collect, store and use the following kinds of personal data:
Information about your computer and your IP address, geographical location, browser type, referral source. Information that you provide to us for the purpose of registering with us;
Information that you provide to us for the purpose of subscribing to our website services, email notifications and/or newsletters any other information that you choose to send to us

Cookies.

We use cookies on this portal site. A cookie is a text file sent by a web server to a web browser, and stored by the browser. The text file is then sent back to the server each time the browser requests a page from the server. This enables the web server to identify and do a auto login to the network.


We may use your personal information to:
administer the website;
enable your use of the services available on the network;
send you email notifications which you have specifically requested;



We will not without your express consent provide your personal information to any third parties for the purpose of direct marketing.

Other disclosures
In addition to the disclosures reasonably necessary for the purposes identified elsewhere in this privacy policy, Sealink Technology may disclose information about you:

- in connection with any legal proceedings or prospective legal proceedings;

Except as provided in this privacy policy, Sealink Technology will not provide your information to third parties.

Security of your personal data
Sealink Technology will take reasonable technical and organizational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information.
Sealink Technology will store all the personal information you provide on our secure servers.

Of course, data transmission over the internet is inherently insecure, and we cannot guarantee the security of data sent over the internet. You are responsible for keeping your password and user details confidential. We will not ask you for your password.

Policy amendments
We may update this terms and conditions from time-to-time by posting a new version on our portal. You should check this page occasionally to ensure you are happy with any changes.

Sealink Technology may also notify you of changes to our terms and conditions by email.

Your rights
You may instruct us to provide you with any personal information Sealink Technology hold about you.
You may instruct us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes by email (to privacy@sealink.dk) at any time. (In practice, you will usually either expressly agree in advance to our use of your personal data for marketing purposes, or we will provide you with an opportunity to opt-out of the use of your personal data for marketing purposes.)


Third party websites
The website contains links to other websites. Sealink Technology are not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of third party websites.

3. Subscriber agreement
By entering the agreement the customer accepts no abuse of the internet access from this network. Abuse of the internet access includes, but is not limited to:
• Providing, assisting in, or gaining unauthorised access to computing resources or other local or remote computers, including distribution of passwords.
• Unauthorised accessing computer files or communications of others, even if such files are unprotected.
• Tampering with systems, including altering, deleting or destroying any files or data of another owner.
• Attempting to circumvent protection schemes or exercise security loopholes relative to any of the Sealink Technology networks.
• Attempting to penetrate the security of or trespass in any computers connected to the network, or using such computers in any attempts to penetrate the security of or trespass in any other computer system
• Revealing personal information about any user, including address, telephone number, etc. without prior authorisation.
• Harassment against other users.
• Distribution of Spam.
• Knowingly introducing a computer virus or other destructive or disturbing program.
• Downloading pirated or otherwise illegal software, data or information.
• Transmitting, downloading or use of unauthorised software, including graphics, video, audio, literature, and any material which states, or even infers that permission is required from the owner or publisher.
• Use of LAN analysers, network sniffers, protocol testing equipment etc.
Unacceptable use will result in closing of the account as per above, and may further result in investigation from the danish Police department.
By accepting this Terms and Conditions on locations with freelink and skylink systems. You accept to receive a newsmail from our location partners. These news mails contains a sign off link in the bottom, where you have the option to sign off for receiving further news mail.

4. Security
The customer pay attention to the fact, that by downloading files from the Internet or by opening e-mails the customer is exposed to a risk in terms of viruses, worms and other potential damage to software and hardware. Sealink Technology do not have any influence on these damages and can not be held responsible for any damage or loss.

5. Dependability
The customer is not allowed to exceed the chosen subscription. The special terms and conditions of Internet access provides a potential uncertainty in terms of speed and access time. If the speed in certain cases is lower than expected Sealink Technology does not compensate the customer. Sealink Technology reserves the right to minimize/lower/cut the stated locations as a result of technical difficulties or security problems.

6. Use of the Internet
The customer is responsible for all information which are received using freelink Internet access. If the customer via the Internet are i.e. buying online products and services or surfing illegal websites, this is solely done without any lawful relation/participation to Sealink Technology.

7. Liability
Sealink Technology has no liability for loss related to delayed connections, disconnections e.t.c. Sealink Technology is never liable for direct or indirect loss of data, software e.t.c. Sealink Technology is furthermore not liable to criminal access via customers’ computers or other hardware/software. Sealink Technology is not liable to “force majeure” damages i.e. general hardware failures, weather damages, war e.t.c.

8. Violation of subscription terms
If the customer is violating the terms, Sealink Technology are entitled to disconnect the customers access. The following are considered as reasons to disconnect access: The customer is involved in crime by using the Internet i.e. “spamming”, distributing viruses e.t.c., the customer is violating Danish law, hereunder copyrights. If  Sealink Technology terminates the connection due to the above, no refund is made.

9. Complains, venue and statutory.
Sealink Technology are receiving written complains. Any dispute between the parties, which can not be solved, is to be solved by the court in Copenhagen. Danish law is to be followed in court.

10. Commencement
These terms are valid per 1. of December 2010.
